are you trying to use (SignMaster, Artcut, etc.)? Are you getting a specific error message ? Is your computer running Windows 10 or 11 ?
Navigate to File > Cut/Plot . Select the Seiki SK720T (or "20 tmpl" if the specific model isn't listed) and click Setup to assign the correct COM port.
