Tagalog Episode List [new] — Detective Conan

Detective Conan (Case Closed), created by Gosho Aoyama, became a massive cultural phenomenon in the Philippines. Broadcasted primarily by GMA Network (and later on channels like Animax and HERO TV), the Tagalog-dubbed version transformed Shinichi Kudo (Jimmy Kudo) and Conan Edogawa into household names.

GMA Network frequently reruns the series. As of May 2025, replay episodes are scheduled for Sundays at 6:30 am.

Before diving into the list, it’s important to understand why the Tagalog version holds a legendary status. Unlike the English dub (which changed character names and music), the Tagalog dub remained surprisingly faithful to the original Japanese names—Shinichi, Ran, Kogoro, and Sonoko remained intact.

Beyond the anime, the Detective Conan manga has also been released in Filipino. Published by , two volumes were released as of March 2014. detective conan tagalog episode list

Consequently, there is no single "Episode 1 to 1200" Tagalog list. Instead, we have distinct blocks of episodes.

Detective Conan first premiered on Philippine television on , on GMA Network. For years, it became a staple of morning and afternoon cartoon blocks. While it didn't air every single one of the massive 1,100+ Japanese episodes back-to-back, GMA heavily localized and dubbed iconic early cases, black organization encounters, and movies. As of May 2025, replay episodes are scheduled

In addition to the Tagalog dub, an English adaptation of the series by Animax Asia premiered in the Philippines on January 18, 2006, under the name Detective Conan . However, because Animax was unable to obtain further TV broadcast rights, their version comprised only 52 episodes, with reruns continuing until August 7, 2006.

You might notice that the official Detective Conan series has over 1,000 episodes, but the Tagalog list has barely 160. There are two reasons for this:

The Tagalog dub of Detective Conan has a rich history, primarily airing on GMA Network. Over several years and multiple seasons, the network dubbed hundreds of episodes, though they were often aired out of chronological order or in specific blocks. This makes a definitive Tagalog episode list slightly different from the original Japanese broadcast order.

The availability of Tagalog dubbed episodes may vary depending on the region and broadcasting platform.
