Before the global fame, Lescott Kevin Lyttle Coombs was a young man from Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with big dreams. Born on September 14, 1976, Lyttle initially pursued a path far removed from the glittering lights of the music industry, studying electronic engineering in college and working as both a radio announcer and a customs officer. These day jobs, however, were simply a means to an end.
Following the explosive success of his debut single, Lyttle released his self-titled debut album on July 27, 2004. The album cracked the top 10 of the Billboard 200 and was certified Gold, cementing his status as an international star. This foundation was followed by more releases as he evolved his sound.
